Wedding Package Inclusions:
*2 hour Initial consultation meeting which will include tour of the grounds, review of venue pricing, review of contracts, review of scheduling needs, and review of event rental options.
*Space for 300 guests indoor, additional outdoor space for additional 100 guests
*Access to 30 6' round tables
*Access to 30 8' rectangle tables
*Access to White, Black, or Ivory table cloths
*300 chairs with cushions
*24'x24' white dance floor
*Staging of all furniture prior to event
*Table and chair set up and tear down
*Access to Grooms Quarters
*Access to Bridal Suite
*Open Catering Policy
*Access to catering prep kitchen
*Access to 1 portable wooden bar
*Access to outdoor ceremony site
*3 acres of guests parking which includes handicap parking
*1 hour finalization meeting 30 days prior to event.

Weekday Rehearsal $600
Host your rehearsal dinner or gathering in the refined comfort of The Mirawood. Ideal for single day events, you will have evening access from 6:00pm–9:00pm on the weekday of your choice. This package provides a welcoming space to bring family and friends together before your big day.

Hourly Pricing
*Weekend hourly rentals open 30 days prior if the venue is not booked for a large event.

Event Insurance
Event Insurance must be purchased in addition to all packages.
